Version 0.9.30b is out

Hey guys, another maintenance update is here. I've switched to the latest and greatest Unity 2021.2 platform, and I really hope it will bring some performance improvements. Also, some more performance optimizations were made by me, through refactoring of game code. V-Sync is now enabled by default for macOS builds, it should significantly improve Mac experience.
